Golf at Westin
Turnberry
During September each of the Broughtons Bentley dealerships flew
a group of customers up to the Westin Turnberry Resort on the west
coast of Scotland. On the first day customers enjoyed playing 18
holes on the exclusive Ailsa Course, somewhat hampered by the brisk
winds on one of the days! In the evening, after the traditional
piping in of the haggis, everyone sat down for a delicious dinner
followed by a few drams. The second day was dedicated to driving
under the care of professional Bentley drivers. The first motor car
to be driven along the winding coastal roads was the Continental
Flying Spur, followed by some challenging dynamic driving in the
Continental GT in and around the grounds of Prestwick Airport. Being
off the main highway meant that customers could experience safely
the power and individual features of this magnificent motor car.
The Royal County of Berkshire Show
Bentley
Pangbourne enjoyed the most amazing two days at The Royal County of
Berkshire Show on 17th and 18th September. Some 62,654 visitors
enjoyed the action at the show this year.
The sun shone on day one and the display of Bentley motor cars,
along with the new branded hospitality unit, had many visitors
throughout the two days.
Some 30 hot air balloons left the main arena both evenings – a truly
amazing sight. |
